Ingredients

  • 🍞 8 slices thick bread
  • 🦐 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 🧈 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • πŸ§„ 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • πŸ§€ 1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • πŸ§€ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • πŸ§€ ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 🌱 Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 🧈 Mix the butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread on one side of each bread slice.
  2. πŸ₯ͺ Layer mozzarella, cheddar, chopped shrimp, Parmesan, and another slice of bread (buttered side facing out).
  3. 🍳 Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
