Ingredients

- π¦ 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- π§ 4 tbsp butter, softened
- π§ 3 cloves garlic, minced
- πΏ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- π§ 1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- π§ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- π§ ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- π± Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- π§ Mix the butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread on one side of each bread slice.
- π₯ͺ Layer mozzarella, cheddar, chopped shrimp, Parmesan, and another slice of bread (buttered side facing out).
- π³ Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3β4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- π± Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
