Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Β 

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  3. Place a cube or spoonful of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Pinch edges tightly to seal and form a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  7. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  8. Brush hot biscuit bombs generously with garlic butter.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  10. Serve warm for maximum cheese pull.
