- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8β10 biscuits)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Place a cube or spoonful of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
- Pinch edges tightly to seal and form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
- Brush hot biscuit bombs generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
- Serve warm for maximum cheese pull.
