Bite-sized meatloaf packed with gooey cheese and savory goodness!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (or cheese cubes)
¼ cup ketchup (optional for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
Scoop a tablespoon of mixture and flatten slightly. Place cheese in the center and form into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.
Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining mixture.
(Optional) Top each meatloaf bit with a small dab of ketchup.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving—they’ll be melty and delicious!
