Ingredients
• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or homemade blend)
• 1 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar, shredded
• 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
• 8 whole-grain slider buns
• 1 tbsp light butter or olive oil spray
• Optional: fresh chives, pickles for serving
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
• In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and half the cheddar until well combined.
• Slice slider buns in half; place bottoms in the dish. Spread chicken mixture evenly over buns.
• Top with remaining cheddar and crumbled turkey bacon, then add bun tops.
• Lightly brush tops with melted butter or spray with olive oil for golden crispness.
• Bake 12-15 mins until cheese melts and buns are golden. Garnish with chives or pickles and serve warm!
