Ingredients

– 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 2 green onions, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
3. Place the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the cream cheese until well combined.
6. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and optional parsley before serving.
9. Serve warm with rice, pasta, or bread. Enjoy!
