- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream (or light cream)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm.
