Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken: Rich, Comforting, and Restaurant-Style Dinner Made Easy

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or light cream)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cook until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
  9. Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley.
  10. Serve warm.
