Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen shredded hash browns (or fresh, grated)
• 1 large egg or 2 egg whites
• 2 oz lean turkey sausage patty or plant-based alternative
• 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
• 1 whole-grain English muffin or low-carb wrap
• 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or avocado spread
• Pinch of garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper
• Olive oil spray


Instructions

• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or use an air fryer at 375°F.
• Toss hash browns with spices and olive oil spray; press into a thin patty on a parchment-lined sheet.
• Bake or air fry 10-12 mins, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
• Meanwhile, cook turkey sausage and scramble or fry the egg to your preference.
• Toast the English muffin, spread with Greek yogurt or avocado, then layer hash brown patty, egg, sausage, and cheese.
• Wrap and enjoy immediately, or wrap in foil for a portable breakfast!
