  • 6 large eggs

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Blend batter:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5″ loaf pan or line with parchment.
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until completely smooth (~1–2 min).

For sweet: Add sweetener + cinnamon
2. Bake:
