  • Author: WAFA LI

Ingredients

Scale
(Makes 8 sliders)

Sliders:

  • 8 small slider buns (use GF or low-carb buns—you love this!)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (check for no added sugar—you love blood sugar friendly!)
  • 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese (use reduced-sodium—you love low-sodium!)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (you love garlic!)
  • Optional: Sautéed onions or mushrooms

Quick au jus (low-sodium, no additives!):

  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth (you love low-sodium!)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (use GF/low-sugar—you love clean labels!)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions

1. Make au jus:
In a saucepan, combine broth, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme (if using). Simmer 10–15 minutes to concentrate flavor. Keep warm.
2. Prep buns:
Mix softened butter and minced garlic. Spread inside of buns; toast lightly in oven or skillet until golden.
3. Warm beef & cheese:
In a skillet over medium heat, add roast beef and 2–3 tbsp au jus. Cook 2–3 minutes until heated through. Top with cheese; cover 1 minute to melt.
4. Assemble sliders:
Pile beef and cheese onto bottom buns. Add optional onions/mushrooms. Cap with top buns.
5. Serve:
Pour warm au jus into small bowls for dipping.
💡 Pro Tips for Perfection:
Use pre-sliced roast beef—saves time and ensures tenderness.
Toast buns with garlic butter—adds richness and prevents sogginess.
