- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each piece.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheese bomb.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy center.
