Ingredients

- 1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1β2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
- Stir in red pepper flakes if using.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently.
- Pour in a splash of reserved pasta water to create a light sauce.
- Add Parmesan, salt, and black pepper; toss until coated and creamy.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
