For the Steakburgers:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Garlic Butter:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Toppings:

- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Sliced onions
- Pickles
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, or burger sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Set aside.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form thin patties.
- Season both sides of the patties with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 2β3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Brush the insides of the buns with garlic butter and toast until golden.
- Stack two cheesy patties on each bun.
- Add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite condiments.
- Brush a little extra garlic butter over the top bun if desired and serve immediately.
