For the Burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche or hamburger buns
Garlic Butter:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Toppings:

- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Pickles
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, or burger sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Set aside.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form thin patties.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 2β3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Add a slice of cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Brush the inside of each bun with garlic butter and toast until lightly golden.
- Stack two cheeseburger patties on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite condiments.
- Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately.
