- 4 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
- 4 lobster tails
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the filet mignon steaks and lobster tails dry with paper towels.
- Brush the steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Cut the tops of the lobster shells lengthwise and gently lift the meat over the shell.
- Mix the melted butter, garlic, paprika, and parsley, then brush over the lobster meat.
- Grill the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.
- Grill the lobster tails shell-side down for 8–10 minutes, basting once with the garlic butter, until the meat is opaque.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve the filet mignon alongside the lobster tails with fresh lemon wedges.
