- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add softened butter.
- Mix in parsley, chives, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice if using.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spoon mixture onto parchment paper and shape into a log.
- Roll tightly and twist ends to seal.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Slice and serve over warm dishes as needed.
