For the Burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 sesame seed burger buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 8 pickle slices
Special Sauce:

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Shape ground beef into 8 thin patties and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2β3 minutes per side.
- Add cheese slices on top of 4 patties and let melt slightly.
- Toast burger buns lightly in a pan.
- Assemble burgers: bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, onion, plain patty, cheese patty, pickles, more sauce, and top bun.
- Repeat for remaining burgers.
- Serve immediately.
