Ingredients

  • 💧 1 cup water
  • 🍁 1 cup maple syrup (or 1 cup granulated sugar)
  • 🎃 ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • 🍂 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • 🧂 Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 🥣 Combine the water, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. 🔥 Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. ⏲️ Cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. 🌿 Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. ❄️ Let cool completely, then strain if desired for a smoother syrup.
  6. 🫙 Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
