Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp for 1β2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for 30β60 seconds.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 2β3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat in sauce.
- Cook for another 1β2 minutes until glazed.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
