Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup raspberry, apricot, or fig preserves
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional garnish)

For Serving:

  • Crackers
  • Apple slices
  • Pear slices
  • Grapes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place the Brie wheel in the center.
  3. Spread preserves over the top of the Brie and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  4. Fold the puff pastry up and around the cheese, sealing the edges.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the pastry all over with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  9. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  10. Serve warm with crackers and fresh fruit.
