- 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup raspberry, apricot, or fig preserves
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional garnish)
For Serving:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place the Brie wheel in the center.
- Spread preserves over the top of the Brie and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Fold the puff pastry up and around the cheese, sealing the edges.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the pastry all over with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20β25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Let rest for 5β10 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers and fresh fruit.
