  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

For Serving:

 

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges and ends.
  7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush with beaten egg and cut a few small slits on top.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce.
