- 🍗 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 🍑 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 🌶️ 1–2 jalapeños, finely diced
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 🍋 1 tbsp lime juice
- 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🌿 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 🌱 Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- 🧂 Season the chicken with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 🍳 Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- 🧄 Add the garlic and jalapeños to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- 🍑 Stir in the peaches, honey, and lime juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the peaches soften.
- 🍗 Spoon the peach mixture over the chicken and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 🌱 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
