Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup almond flour or coconut flour (for coating)
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Creamy Keto Caesar Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (keto-friendly)
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
Optional Toppings:
Crumbled cooked bacon
Romaine lettuce
Cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Lightly dust with almond flour or coconut flour.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked.
While chicken bakes, mix all Caesar sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Once chicken is done, top each cutlet with Caesar sauce, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
Serve warm with a side of romaine salad or keto-friendly veggies.
