Luscious Garlic Butter Parmesan Chicken: A Creamy, Flavor-Packed Skillet Favorite

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Lower heat and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened slightly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
