Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🍕 Cooking spray
1 pound pizza dough (450g), at room temperature for 1 hour
6 teaspoons marinara sauce (90ml), divided, plus more for serving
24 slices pepperoni
6 ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese (170g), cut into 12 pieces
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter (57g), melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25g), divided
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal portions and roll each into a 3- to 4-inch round.
3. Place 1/2 teaspoon marinara sauce in the center of each round, top with mozzarella and pepperoni, then fold and pinch to seal.
4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and salt; dip each pizza bomb and place seam-side down in the muffin tin.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with warm marinara.
