Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, or penne)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add pasta, chicken broth, milk, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender and liquid has thickened (about 12–15 minutes).
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  5. Remove from heat and let sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken further.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
