- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, or penne)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional for extra creaminess)

Instructions
- In a large pot, add pasta, chicken broth, milk, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender and liquid has thickened (about 12β15 minutes).
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 2β3 minutes to thicken further.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
