Ingredients

• 3 cups shredded green cabbage
• 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, diced
• ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

• In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, diced pineapple, and sliced red bell pepper.
• In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
• Pour the creamy dressing over the slaw and toss gently to coat.
