Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup Bisquick mix (or any baking mix)

1 cup milk

2 eggs


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread beef mixture evenly into pie dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef and cheese.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and top is golden.

Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve with ketchup, pickles, or mustard if desired!
