Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, instant pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Taste and add powdered sugar if a sweeter flavor is desired.
