Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, instant pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Let sit for 2β3 minutes to slightly thicken.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Taste and add powdered sugar if a sweeter flavor is desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled as a dip with cookies, fruit, or crackers.
