Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice sweet potatoes into even rounds for consistent cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss slices with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add cinnamon if using.
- Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25β30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crisp.
- Drizzle lightly with maple syrup during the last 5 minutes if desired.
