Roasted Sweet Potatoes 🍠✨ | Crispy, Caramelized & Perfect Every Time

Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, for sweet version)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for caramelized finish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil, cinnamon, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on edges.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup during the last 5 minutes if using.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish or bowl base.
