Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
