- 🌮 1 packet taco seasoning
- 🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 🥛 ½ cup sour cream
- 🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 🧀 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 🥫 1 cup salsa
- 🌶️ 1 can diced green chilies
- 🌿 2 green onions, sliced
- 🫒 Sliced black olives (optional)
- 🌽 Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Brown the ground beef, drain the fat, and stir in the taco seasoning.
- 🥣 Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and green chilies until smooth.
- 🧀 Fold in the cooked beef and half of the shredded cheeses.
- 🥘 Transfer to a smoker-safe dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- 🌬️ Smoke at 225°F (107°C) for 45–60 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and black olives. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
