Whipped Caramel Dip: Light, Creamy, and Completely Irresistible

  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add caramel sauce, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, sea salt, and maple syrup if using.
  4. Beat for 2–3 minutes until light, airy, and fully combined.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. Drizzle with a little extra caramel sauce if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
