For the Pumpkin Cake:

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2β3 tbsp milk or cream (as needed for texture)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30β35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread frosting over cooled cake.
- Slice and serve.
