Ingredients

  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🧅 2 green onions, sliced
  • 🥄 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 🌰 ½ cup chopped pecans (optional, for coating)

 

  • 🥨 Crackers or pretzels, for serving

Instructions

  1. 🥣 Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pickles, dill, garlic, green onions, and pickle juice until well combined.
  2. 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 🧊 Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.
  4. ❄️ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. 🌰 Roll in chopped pecans or extra herbs before serving.
