  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

 

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and vinegar.
  2. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add chopped pickles, capers, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until evenly combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Chill for at least 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  7. Serve cold with fish, seafood, or fries.
