Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and vinegar.
- Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Add chopped pickles, capers, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill for at least 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve cold with fish, seafood, or fries.
