Ingredients
– 1 cup spinach
– 1/2 cup kale
– 1 apple, cored
– 1/2 kiwi, peeled
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/2 ginger, grated
– 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
1️⃣ Wash and prepare the greens and fruits by peeling and chopping them into manageable pieces.
2️⃣ Add spinach, kale, apple, kiwi, lemon juice, and ginger into a high-speed blender.
3️⃣ Pour in coconut water and blend everything on high speed until completely smooth.
