Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries, cold water, maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother punch.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into a large pitcher.
  4. Add the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice.
  6. Pour the punch over the ice.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint, sliced strawberries, and lemon rounds.
  8. Serve immediately while chilled.
