- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
