  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
