Ingredients

Instructions

• Line a large bowl with parchment paper for easy mixing and minimal cleanup.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice; microwave 20-30 seconds until smooth and warm.
• Stir in Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the coating is creamy and well blended.
• Place cereal in a large mixing bowl; pour the warm pumpkin spice mixture over and gently toss until every piece is evenly coated.
• Spread coated cereal on parchment paper; let set 10 minutes to firm up slightly for perfect clumping.
• In a small bag or container, mix powdered sweetener and cinnamon; add cereal in batches and shake gently to dust evenly.
• Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days—or enjoy immediately for that irresistible, cozy crunch!
