Pumpkin Fudge: Creamy, Spiced, and Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fall Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (well drained)
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and coconut oil.
  3. Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Mix in pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Continue stirring until mixture is thick and creamy.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours, until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve cold.
